SHIPPING POLICY:

  • FREE SHIPPING is offered on all orders over $50 (within the US) and takes about 3 to 6 business days to arrive (and can sometimes be even faster)
  • All orders are processed within 1-business day and in most instances within the same business day
  • USPS Ground Advantage shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days and has a flat rate of $6.00
  • USPS Priority Mail takes about 2 to 3 business days and has a flat rate of $12.99.
  • FedEx 2-Day Air shipping which takes 2 business days and has a flat rate of $13.99 (and is considered the best value).
  • Overnight shipping options start at $24.50 and include FedEx, UPS and USPS
  • We offer fast and easy international shipping via FedEx, UPS and DHL
  • International shipping charges are always the customer’s responsibility
  • All shipping costs associated with returns are solely the customer’s responsibility
  • All remotes are shipped in padded envelopes to ensure safe delivery of all of our merchandise
  • Each order will receive an email confirmation consisting of the order's tracking 
  • Shipping to Canada and Mexico may vary based on location and service type (we don't offer Free Shipping to Canada and Mexico)
  • The final shipping cost will be presented at the checkout page

When will I receive my order?

We usually ship on the same day (if orders are received prior to 1PM EST), so that we can ensure fast and prompt delivery right to your mailbox. Otherwise, we ensure that all shipments are out by 10AM the following business day.


Does OEM Car Key Mall ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship internationally all over the world and highly recommend to use UPS or DHL at checkout.
