We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
We Guarantee Our Remotes Will Program to Your Vehicle
The remote you purchased from us is guaranteed to work properly for your vehicle given that you’ve purchased the same exact looking remote to the one you have, and matched the FCC ID, part number and button configuration. We recommend you find a local automotive locksmith to program your remote.
If you wish to return an item because you believe that it is defective, you must first call our technical support team at (786) 550-0960 at the time of programming (returns will be accepted if our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue).
Our technical support team comprises veteran automotive locksmiths that can guide any other automotive locksmith (or dealer) throughout any issue.
Returns are accepted within 30-days of receipt of the shipment. Your item must be unused, untempered with, and in the same condition that you received it.
- We reserve the right to reject returned items that have been altered or used
- We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned items
- All shipping costs associated with returns will be solely the customer’s responsibility
- All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation and should expect the refund to fully process between 3-5 business days
