If a return is still needed
If a return is still needed, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the remote is unused, unaltered, and in the same condition you received it. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Before you assume it doesn't fit
If programming isn't going smoothly, don't assume the remote is the problem. Contact our technical support team while the programming is being performed, in many cases the issue can be worked through in real time.
